About Rebecca Nassi

A veteran business professional, Rebecca Nassi left behind a successful legal career to focus on her deeper interests in human motivation, transformation, and fulfillment.

For nearly two decades, she has guided her entrepreneur, attorney, CPA and other professional clients forward, using her unique mix of business experience, psychological expertise and insight into human behavior.

Rebecca’s research and study into neuroscience and psychology, alongside a lifelong pursuit of meaning through spirituality, have helped her to develop a customizable coaching experience to optimize the personal and professional development of her clients.  She weaves together her unique mosaic of insights and practices on the topic of business development in her speeches and writing through a variety of professional forums.

Rebecca’s lived experience deeply informs her work. She “walks the talk.”  Prior to developing her coaching career, Rebecca built two thriving businesses and a successful law practice.  Despite some satisfaction, she followed her intuition, did not settle, and pursued her deeper calling.  Having gone through the process of change herself, she has tremendous personal resources and insights to call upon for her clients.

Rebecca graduated with honors from CSUN with a B.A. in English and obtained her J.D. from Loyola Law School. She is a certified Executive Coach and holds her Masters’ degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.  She is the cofounder of Ackert, Inc. which delivers sales enablement products and services to companies around the world.

Community-minded and committed to humanitarian causes, Rebecca has contributed her expertise to multiple non-profit organizations in the Los Angeles area, including Public Council, which provides legal services to the economically disadvantaged, and ARM, dedicated to researching cures for HIBM. She has organized multiple fundraising efforts for the Jewish Federation. She has also spearheaded fundraising and worked with war-torn youth in Northern Uganda and her work is chronicled in the award-winning documentary feature film, “After Kony: Staging Hope.” This film helped raise millions of dollars for health and education of the internally displaced communities of Northern Uganda.
