Change your Attitude; Then Change your Paradigm

Dr. Stephen R. Covey, the author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People states “If you want small changes in your life, work on your attitude. But if you want big and primary changes, work on your paradigm.” I am often asked why people should engage in professional coaching for business development. Through coaching, clients are introduced to organization and routines. People need routines and systems that help direct them toward consistent measurable progress. It is critical to observe the new positive patterns emerge, lock in what works, and further build and solidify optimal habits so they become the new standard.
