Pandemic People Skills –Give More Time and Attention to Clients

If you’re anything like me, client relationships have been a life raft as we’ve navigated the COVID-19 maelstrom over this past year. I have noticed a shift in the way people have been prioritizing those key relationships. Looking out for others through value-adds, referrals, and occasional “check-ins” deepens relationships and leads to reciprocity. Many of my clients have generated meaningful business opportunities simply by being more giving and attentive with their own clientele.
